2012-13 Academic Achievement Scholarship
Application deadline: March 30, 2012

This year one Academic Achievement Scholarship (for funding beginning in fall 2012) will be awarded and will provide 1/3 funding at the in-state level.

These departmental scholarships are supported by the Bruce Caldwell Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Richard and Joan Reed Endowed Scholarship Fund.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
DEADLINE: Friday, March 30, 2012
Note: Online scholarship form will automatically close at 12:01am on March 31 .

1. Go to https://catalyst.uw.edu/webq/survey/atmosadv/150949 to complete the application form. You will need a UW Net ID to access the application.

2. Submit copies of your high school and/or post-secondary transcripts:

Current UW students – submit your UW transcript as well as transcripts for any courses that you have taken at community colleges or additional four-year colleges.

High school students applying to the UW – submit your high school transcript as well as transcripts for any courses that you have taken at community colleges or additional four-year colleges.

Transfer or post-bac students applying to the UW – submit transcripts for any courses that you have taken at community colleges or additional four-year colleges.

Drop your transcripts off in ATG 416 or mail them to:

Transcripts must be postmarked by the March 30 deadline

Scholarships will be awarded for disbursement beginning in Autumn 2012.
Announcement of the awards will be made during Spring Quarter 2012.
