It is informed to all ST/SC/OBC/SEBC students studying at PostMatriculation or Post-Secondary the boards that the last date for submission of PostMatric Scholarship application forms through ONLINE system by the eligible students pursuing their studies inside the State to avail Post-Matric Scholarship is dt.5.12.2011 and in case of the students pursuing their studies outside the State is on dt.15.12.2011. Submission of application through ONLINE beyond the date will not be entertained by the system.

1) Students Registration

• Open the browser and enter the website: http: / /ori nic. in /odishapms.
• Click on the new student registration choice, the screen displays the registration form.
• Click on to show registration form.
• Enter the required fine points of the student and click save above fine points and register me.
• The student will get user name and password through e-mail and SMS. This user name is his just the once registration no. for applying Post-Matric Scholarship throughout student career.
• Click on the Home Page and click on log in choice. Then Enter user name and password and enter the code shown above on the screen.
• After clicking on the log in choice the application format will appear.
• Then click on the "Apply Online" choice, an application format appear in which the student has to update the required fine points and register scholarship application form and forward the application to the Institute.
• The student has also to upload his Passport size photo(Optional), with Caste Certificate, Income Certificate (Mandatory). The account number of the student along with IFSC code of the bank will be a mandatory requirement.
• If any changes are required to be made, the student can update his information and finally lock it, for Online submission of the application to the Institute and print the application (with Barcode) and submit the print out of Application along with required documents.
• Student can log-in and use "Edit-Lock-Print" then "Track- Status" choice to know the current status of his/her

The last date for submission of application through online system by all eligible ST/SC/OBC/ SEBC students pursuing their studies inside the state to avail Post-Matric Scholarship is 05.12.2011 & incase of the students pursuing their studies outside the
State is 15.12.2011.
