Hawai'i Pacific University awards a limited number of graduate scholarships each fall and spring semesters to new graduate students. These scholarships are available for 2 years, as long as the student is in excellent standing and maintains a 3.0 GPA. There are three different scholarships available:
Trustee's Scholarship: $6,000/year; $3,000/semester
Dean's Scholarship: $4,000/year; $2,000/semester
Graduate Kokua Scholarship: $2,000/year; $1,000/semester
The amount of the award will be determined by the Scholarship Committee.
Eligibility
- Applicants must apply for any the Fall or Spring semesters;
- Applicants must apply and be admitted to a Master's program (applicants applying to the 12 Month MBA, Executive MBA,
- Governmental Change Online or Business Administration Online programs, or the Business Administration Services FlexTrack program are not eligible to apply);
- Applicants must plot to enroll as a full-time student (minimum 9 credit hours per Fall and Spring semesters).
Criteria:
Applications will be reviewed based on:
- Applicant's financial need;
- Before academic record;
- Professional work experience and achievements;
- Community involvement and services.
Application Procedure
- Complete and submit a Graduate Application for Admission with all supporting documents;
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and list Hawai'i Pacific University (domestic applicants only);
- Complete and submit the Scholarship Application form, along with the essay;
- Submit a Resume/CV (optional).

Scholarship Applications must be postmarked by:
