The City of Greater Bendigo/La Trobe University Civil Engineering Scholarship Program has been established to provide support for the completion of a tertiary qualification of future professional civil engineering staff. It is available to students undertaking the Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) course, or one of the Engineering double degree courses, at the Bendigo campus of La Trobe University.

Benefits
The benefits of this program are as follow:
* Financial support in the form of a $1,250 scholarship per year for the duration of the recipient's course
* Fully-paid vacation work experience during years 1, 2 and 3 of the course ($6000 per year, approximate)
* Access to career mentoring advice from City of Greater Bendigo Civil Engineers

Eligibility, Terms and Situation
Applicants must meet the later criteria:
* Have completed secondary education in Northern Victoria
* Be a commencing full-time student in an undergraduate Civil Engineering course at La Trobe's Bendigo campus
* Have demonstatred a strong academic social class
* Not hold any additional civil engineering scholarship

A limited number of scholarships are available for commencing first‑degree students. The scholarship is renewable on a yearly basis,subject to satisfactory academic and professional performance.

Application Process
* Complete the Scholarship Application Form 2012 and submit by 1st December 2011
* Glue a complete list of subject grades to date from Years 11 and 12 to your application
