Bhaskar Genius Scholarship Examination (BGSE) 2011 gives a chance to meritorious students from class I to class XII of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh to win scholarships up to worth Rs 1 Crore.

How to Apply

The application form is evenly appearing in all editions (except Jharkhand) of Dainik and Divya Bhaskar. Besides, it would also be appearing in the forthcoming editions of our supplements – Madhurima, Bal Bhaskar, Young Bhaskar.

Students can register by duly filling up the original or a photocopy of the form.

They can print it and submit it at one of the Bhaskar Genius form pool desk

Students/guardians can register through the following modes

* Offline

* Online

» Registration forms for offline mode

* Step 1: Get Registration form.

Option 1: Get Registration forms from your school.

Option 2: Get Registration forms through DB pool agents.

* Step 2: Fill the registration Form.

* Step 3:  Submit cash or Demand Draft in favour of DB Corp Ltd, payable at Indore/Jaipur/Ahmedabad/Chandigarh.

Application fee:

* Standard 1-5 –Rs 300

* Standard 6-8 –Rs 400

* Standard 9-12 –Rs 500

Last date of application – 31st March 2011

Exam date -

For MP-CG and Rajasthan : 8th of May 2011 and

For Gujarat and Chandigarh, Punjab & Haryana : 15th of May 2011.

  3. Please let me know the revised date of exam in chandigarh/panchkula. Also please tell me about the pattern of the paper, questions to be asked in the paper would be of objective type or subjective type or combination of these two?

    Please reply as soon as possible so that we can prepare for the same.
