How do I form a non-profit scholarship establishment in California?I want to give back to this program I attended when I was in high school. This establishment helps people that are low-income, first-age group institution bound students.

With my previous accounting job, I was in payment of doing all the finances for a non-profit establishment. This part was simple, but I want to know how to form my own non-profit scholarship establishment. What forms do I need to fill out? Which government arm do I need to get a contact with–Chamber of Commerce?

How do I go about this process and what additional things I should consider?
